Freedom Is What You Do With
What You Have Been Through

Welcome

In life there will inevitably be struggles, but they do not have to break us. In fact, they are the exact things that can make us stronger. After hardship, loss, or even trauma, we can do so much more than heal. We have the opportunity to grow and become even more resilient and more capable to face anything that may come.

The purpose of Finding Freedom Therapy, PLLC, is to treat trauma and grief from every angle in order to promote healing and increase resilience. We utilize evidence-based therapies to treat trauma and loss reactively as well as proactively; our mission is to treat trauma not only after it has taken place, but also if it has an ongoing role in your life. We even go a step further to proactively address trauma through our parenting groups, which are designed to stimulate mental resilience in children from birth so that they may easily adapt and recover from any adversity or trauma they will inevitably face.

While we work with a wide array of clients, we specialize in working with military service members, veterans, police officers, firefighters, medical personnel—all those who deal with trauma and tragedy on a daily basis. We also provide dedicated services to parents grieving a loss after perinatal demise.

After traumatic events, it can be difficult to imagine life improving, but it can. You simply need the courage to take the first steps toward healing.
